We begin by reviewing what you’ve already completed, identifying gaps and priorities, and creating a clear plan for what comes next. From there, we provide hands-on planning support to help you move from “partially planned” to fully prepared.

Planning Review & Strategy

We begin with a comprehensive review of your existing plans, contracts, budget, vendor team, design direction, and priorities.

From there, we identify what has been completed, what still requires attention, and the decisions that need to be made next.

This may include:

• Planning roadmap and remaining milestones

• Budget review and allocation guidance

• Identification of overlooked details or logistical concerns

• Recommendations for simplifying or strengthening the overall plan

  • If key vendors still need to be secured, we help you navigate the remaining booking process.

    Support may include vendor recommendations, proposal comparisons, communication guidance, contract considerations, and coordination of vendors included within your planning scope.

  • We review the celebration as a complete experience—not simply a collection of individual details.

    This includes design cohesion, layouts, guest flow, transitions, hospitality considerations, and the practical details that affect how the wedding actually feels.

  • As your plans take shape, we begin connecting the moving pieces.

    We help develop the logistical framework of the wedding, identify timing concerns, coordinate important details, and prepare the event for a seamless transition into final wedding management.

  • Partial Planning includes structured planning checkpoints so you have professional support as decisions are made.
